CHECK IN / OUT
At Check-In, your child will receive a name label with a pick-up code. You, the parent, will also receive a pick-up tag with the same code. Our volunteer team will match the codes from each tag to ensure that kids leave with the right adults.
PARENT TEXTS
At Check-In, you will be asked to provide your phone number. If there are any issues during the service, you will receive a text from our Parent Messaging system to let you know to meet us at the Check-In desk. It's easy and discreet...as long as your phone is on vibrate.
GCFKIDS TEAM
All of our volunteer team have gone through a rigorous process to join. From references, to background checks, an interview and child safety training, you can be assured that we have picked not just good people, but the best!
CONSISTENT LEADERS
What child doesn't feel more comfortable and safe when they know the leader? That's why the vast majority of our team show up weekly for your kids. This helps build consistency and trust between kids and leaders. And it makes your job easier at drop off too.
